We use private hosting, managed via CloudPanel. This hosting processes the following data, which your browser automatically transmits and stores in so-called server log files: IP address of the accessing computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, browser type, and operating system.
Purpose: Ensuring the stability, security, and correct function of our IT systems.

The log files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after **7 days**, unless there is evidence required.
We use the online form service Tally.so, offered by Tally BV, Antwerp, Belgium, which is embedded to collect your inquiries and input.
